Safety Commitment
Our team is committed to a culture of safety excellence, as demonstrated by our exceptional safety record. Our Work Safe, Home Safe philosophy prioritizes our employees’ safety, as well as safe and efficient delivery of our projects. We work proactively to sustain zero injuries and incidents across projects. Discovery employees receive comprehensive and ongoing training, including hands-on equipment instruction, review of OSHA regulatory standards, employee rights and responsibilities and more.

Life Saving Rules
For all Discovery Wind and Solar Energy employees, temporary staff and personnel from external employers.
Do not perform hot work unless there are no fire or explosion risks.
Before entering a confined space, the atmosphere must be tested and safe. Monitor as you work.
Clip on your harness when working above the ground.
Enter a trench only if the correct wall supports are in place.
Verify that there is no live energy before starting work.
Stay out of the path of moving vehicles and equipment on sites.
Do not drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Do not stand or walk under a load.
Do not use your phone, or any communication device, while driving.
