Matthew McBride

President

Matt started his career in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1993. After a successful six years of service, he returned to Oklahoma to begin laying the framework to build our company. In 2016, he founded Discovery with a mission for people-powered, sustainability-focused renewable energy solutions.

Todd Okeson

Vice President

In 2006, Todd launched his career as a renewable energy leader. He graduated from Lycoming College with a degree in biology, and has mostly worked in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic, Central America and the Caribbean. Todd specializes in large-scale development and EPC team management.

Terry Williams

V.P. of Construction

Terry Williams

Terry is a Vietnam-era U.S. Navy veteran. He is an electrical engineering graduate of the University of South Carolina. Terry's worked in construction - oil and gas, solar, biomass and nuclear - for over 35 years. His background makes him an expert in creating successful EPC environments.

Tim Welch

Director of Wind

Tim Welch

Over the past 15 years, Tim has worked on a variety of wind projects, with Acciona, Siemens, Gamesa, GE and Vestas. He gained experience as a technician, site lead, site manager and special operations manager.

Tiff Welch

Business Manager

Tiff Welch

Tiff has over 20 years of experience in office management, payroll, human resources, billing and accounts payable. She launched a career in renewable energy in 2007. She accepted a position with Discovery in 2015 and never looked back.
